Welcome—I’m glad you’re here.

Getting to Know Aging Mind Wellness

I’m Kelly O’Malley, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Board Certified in Geropsychology.

Geropsychology is the heart of what I do: it’s the specialized focus on the mental health and emotional well-being of older adults—compassionately addressing experiences that come with aging—cognitive decline, chronic illness, grief, retirement, and finding purpose in new life roles.

My personal commitment is rooted in my own family experience, caring for my aging parents and in-laws and navigating the healthcare system. Those interactions, along with my volunteer work with organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association, solidified my purpose: to stand with and support families who are facing the complexities of dementia and aging.

Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with older adults across settings: primary care, outpatient clinics, palliative care, hospice, sub-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care.

My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and always grounded in the best evidence-based practices.

Whether you or a loved one is facing a major life change, navigating the challenges of caregiving, or simply seeking tools to live with greater balance and purpose, I offer a safe, supportive, and expert space to explore those challenges and define your goals.
